- Standard visit: 1.5-3 hours
- Extended visit: 4-8 hours
Visits are available daily, several times a week, weekly, fortnightly, or just as and when you need.

What isn't included in your companionship care?
Companionship care focuses on company and light day-to-day help, so it doesn’t cover personal care, medication management, heavy domestic work or financial support.
If your loved one needs any of those, our other services can help, and we’ll happily point you in the right direction.
Will my loved one have the same companion each time?
Wherever we can, yes. We know how much difference a familiar face makes, so we work hard to keep visits consistent, with the same care staff your loved one comes to know and trust. On the odd occasion someone’s away, we’ll always try to send someone your loved one already knows.
Do you offer practical support too?
Yes. Alongside good company, our care staff can lend a hand with light tasks like tidying, meal prep, shopping and getting out and about, so the day runs that little bit more smoothly.
Can you support hobbies?
Absolutely. Whether it’s gardening, a favourite card game, a walk or a trip to a local club, our care staff love helping your loved one keep up the things that bring them joy.
Do you offer companionship care in the evenings and at weekends?
Yes. We know company matters at all times of day, so we offer evening, weekend and sitting services to suit your loved one’s routine. Just let us know what you need, and we’ll do our best to arrange it.
What if my loved one and their companion don't click?
That’s completely okay, and it happens. Companionship is all about genuine connection, so if the fit isn’t quite right, just let us know, and we’ll happily match your loved one with someone new.
