About Verified Care
Redefining home care across East Riding and North Yorkshire
Our team was built on the idea of offering quality care alongside compassion and compliance. No matter where your loved one is on their journey, we work to meet them where they are, with care staff dedicated to making their days easier and their care feel personal.
The values that guide our care staff
Integrity
We value doing the right thing and always being open with you.
Quality
We deliver care to the highest standards, offering your family excellence.
Respect
We treat every service user with the dignity and compassion they deserve.
Born in Hessle, built on compassion
Our Story: Where It All Began
Verified Care first made its home in Hessle after seeing too many care agency services sacrifice respect and warmth for the sake of compliance.
We knew we could meet those requirements and still help the families we care for feel supported and understood.
Dignity at the Heart of What We Do
By focusing on building real relationships with our service users and their families, we offered accessible, safe and dignified care to those in need.
Since then, our commitment to dignified care has stayed just as strong, and we’ve grown to offer support much further afield.
Local Carers, Wider Reach
While we’re based in Hull, we recruit our care staff locally, from Hull, Bridlington and York, so we can be there for the families we support more easily.
Distance has never been a barrier to the care our service users receive
Consistent Care, Wherever You Are
To keep our punctuality and consistency high, our Bridlington care staff are supported by our central Hull office, with 24/7 supervisor cover always on hand.
Working along side trusted partners

With over 36 years’ experience in domiciliary and residential care, Julie has built her career from frontline carer to Registered Manager. She is committed to person-centred care that helps people live safely and independently at home.
Having started out delivering care herself, Julie knows what a good visit looks like for both the person being supported and the carer providing it. She works closely with families, GPs, district nurses, and local authority teams so that everyone involved in someone’s care shares the same goals and communicates clearly.
Julie is particularly skilled at recruiting, training, and supporting carers, believing a confident, well-supported team is the foundation of great care. She brings a strong focus on quality, compliance, and continuous improvement, reflecting her commitment to care that is safe, reliable, and genuinely centred on the individual.
